LEADING BY KPI‘S

Leading by KPI’s implies, that the importances of KPI’s is accepted in the company. It is also important, which KPI’s are chosen, the meaning of them and the consequences in case of deviations. On the other side, it should be shown, that not everything can be measured, also potential fuzziness and misinterpretation should be taken into account. Figures or KPI’s are important, but they should not be followed blindly.

IMPLEMENTATION OF EMPLOYEE APPRAISAL MEETINGS
