Even during her course of studies of cultural anthropology at the University of Hamburg, Regina Tent gained professional experience at one of Germany’s largest insurance companies in employee training, seminar design and applicant selection.

After completing her studies, Regina Tent accepted the challenge to move to Hungary as a language instructor at one of the country’s leading language institutes. During this six-year stint she not only had the chance to teach business German to employees of renowned German-Hungarian companies but also to get to know multinational business structures, their cross-cultural problems and differences.

From 1999 to 2005, Regina Tent was an office manager with an international auditing firm in Budapest where she worked in the HR department. In 2001 she was promoted to director of human resources.

From spring 2005 on, she underwent further training on business mediation at the Steinbeis-Transfer-Institute International Business Law, focusing on inter-cultural aspects of cross-border mediation as well as conflict management and resolution in teams stemming from cultural differences.

Regina Tent joined ISG Personalmanagement in October 2005 servicing the Hungarian market.
