Gottfried Balaun started his professional career joining the industrial engineering business, where he immediately took over project responsibility.
Further on succeeding in several management positions in well-known Austrian and international corporates led him to accept a position in the “board of management” of one of the most famous international Austrian companies.For more than 8 years he supported there the international rollout and took part in creating “the story of success”, before he went into business for himself. As result of his comprehensive knowledge and experience based on this challenges Gottfried Balaun is considered as most competent representative at all hierarchical levels as well as somebody, who is well aware the fact that in addition to all personal skills mainly brilliant associates (to be selected, coached and managed) will lead to master difficult business situations.
On 01.10.2009 Gottfried Balaun joined ISG and was appointed as “Managing Partner”.
