Bernd Kasper supervises the Hamburg area as Senior Consultant at ISG International Service Group. He studied at Siegen University (Germany) with the main subjects Marketing and Personnel Management.

After final degree (“Diplom-Kaufmann”) he gained almost 20-year-experience inside local and international Industries as well as retailers and wholesalers. He was responsible manager in sales, marketing, operations, personnel and legal area. He also can show deep knowledge of change management, process optimization and supply chain management.

Starting with analysis of needs up to final implementation his basic approach is being very much close to the customer during the entire management consulting process. At the end the performance measurement on customer side will be done as one of the most essential parts of the project.
