is managing partner with ISG Personalmanagement GmbH, Vienna since June 2010. After completing her psychology and pedagogic studies in Salzburg she was engaged at the University Clinic Vienna in the psychological diagnostics department. In 1989 she started her career in Germany as management coach and trainer in the area of human resources, for companies in Germany and Austria. During ten years she gained a reputation in research and executive search and was also active for IIC Partners and Friisberg & Partners. From 2001 until 2005 she expanded her business activities to marketing and business development in Central Europe for an international M&A company in Switzerland. Additionally, she was jointly responsible for an European market study of an American Group. As managing partner with ISG, Gabriele has excellent contacts to the section of industry, technology and financial services, gained from many years of international experience in Entrepreneurial Advisory and Executive Consulting.
