Even during the course of her studies of business consulting focusing on personnel, management, organisation and marketing, Christine Gsur seized the opportunity to participate in a variety of business consultancy projects.

While on studies abroad in the US, she completed an MBA program in managerial skills and gained insights into the challenges facing managers.

Soon Christine Gsur sensed a preference for solution-oriented work in contrast to problem-oriented cause studies. From 2000 on she trained as a consultant and coach, later working with systemic consultants. Her one-year voluntary service at a college in South Africa made Christine Gsur aware of how one’s personal development depends on one’s attitudes, interpretations, evaluations, as well as actions based on these parameters. Therefore, reflexive deliberations of personal patterns of thought and behaviour as well as further steps taken for optimum development are at the core of her dealings with customers.

Since 2003, Christine Gsur has worked at ISG as a systemic coach while also involving herself in organisation, planning and implementation of various training and team development project. Her focus lies on the one-on-one care of managers and employers in various branches of trade. Her strengths lie in the ability to structure complex situations and aiming at target-oriented solutions.

Her main fields in coaching are

• support with personal and professional decisions
• support with dealing with leadership responsibilities or with taking over a new team

In addition to her work at ISG, Christine Gsur also teaches communication skills and interviewing techniques at a Fachhochschule.
