After graduating from the Department of Ship Science (UK) Wolfgang Hoffmann begann his international career as a management trainee in Copenhagen, Denmark. He worked as a developer for small- and medium-sized enterprises in Vienna and Antibes during which time he acquired vast experience in business strategy development, marketing plan development and sales & marketing.

Wolfgang Hoffmann broadened his horizon as a consultant in financial services focusing on private finance coaching and consulting, acquisition, development and implementation of workshops, seminars, strategy development and employee coaching before rising to the position of managing director for insurance and financial services. His start-up business entailed dealing with process development, controlling, administration and key account management in order to implement his strategy to capture the Central and Eastern European markets.
