Thomas Schier discovered his social skills early on. Not surprisingly, his career included a successful stint in sales as sales manager, at home and abroad, as well as a number of years in personnel development and coaching. His distinctive interest in communication was the cornerstone for combining his professional career with further education and training at an early stage.
Over the years, Thomas Schier has thus acquired vast knowledge and considerable experience as a systemic coach and communications trainer through specific, intensive and continuous trainings in systemic and organizational constellations, mediation and conflict resolution. His years of experience as a trainer enables him to convey knowledge in a simple and comprehensible way by using a self-reflecting and hands-on approach.
