Willibald Szeiler began his professional career in the controlling unit industry. With his commitment, dedication, and love of foreign countries he quickly became an export manager. He set his career further in the car and spare parts industry, where he deepened his leadership experience on the personnel side. The search and selection of technical and managerial personnel , and his constant determination to work with people led him in 1999 into a newly emerging industry in Austria: temporary work.

In addition to his in-house training "from the bottom up through all departments“ he visited a variety of employment law courses and completed his education in 2002 with the licensing exam for the profession of temporary employment. At the same time he became CEO in one of the leading staffing firms and was responsible for approximately 700 employees. Since early 2008, he is in charge of the complete build-up of ISG's temporary employment services in Austria and because of his many years of leadership experience he knows exactly how quality can be put into temporary work. Due to his knowledge and reliability companies of all sizes trust him and call upon the quality and service of ISG for temporary work.
