Briefing – Requirement matrix
Together with our Client a Job Requirement Matrix is created which reflects the desired competencies according to industry knowledge, expertise, management skills, leadership, and future development.
We then jointly select from the appropriate search methods (direct search, social media search, online/print advertisement, databases) and an industry-specific market and competition analysis, targeted list is created.
Our well-trained Research Team identifies potential candidates at the defined companies. Discretion, creativity, efficiency and friendliness on the phone are the key factors to our success.
Direct Approach / Status Reports
After the activation of the candidates, personal interviews are delivered and the preparation of candidate files are as much a part of ISG standards as regular reporting on project status and personal guidance of candidates until the completion of the project.
Short List / Candidate Profiles
Our Customers receive a Short list of suitable candidates according to the project plan, including extensive candidate dossiers that fulfill the profile in accordance with the Job Requirement Matrix.
Our Consultants act as moderators and mediators between Candidates and Clients and are gladly available as Coaches in contract negotiations and in the final phase. We support both the client and candidate throughout the process. We provide the fullest discretion and are always available for consultations.
