As a consultant he sees real improvement’s accomplishment as his task. In order to achieve such goals he thinks that the needs’ punctual experiment and the definition of the most suitable methodology are essential. He uses valid and reliable tools. He avoids mediocre solutions. He finds innovative approaches attractive, and he is renewing his own programs constantly. He also likes if the cooperation has a good mood.
He has gained a 10 year-long experience in organizational development so far. He also works in English. He is a guest lecturer at Károli Gáspár University’s Institute of Psychology and he publishes articles in Business and Psychology (Üzlet és Pszichológia) regularly.
