Dr. Friederike Kleinknecht grew up in Innsbruck and studied Romanic and German linguistics in Munich, Florence and Rhethymno (Crete). From 2008 to 2014 she lived in Mexico, where she worked in language training and on her dissertation about Spanish forms of address. In her research, her approach was interdisciplinary and focused on concrete dialogical interaction and communication.
In 2014, Dr. Kleinknecht returned to Tyrol. After completing her doctorate, she discontinued her work as a scientific editor and lector in order to reorient herself professionally. As a personal and social counselor in training, she is particularly interested in systemic counseling, supervision and coaching, non-violent communication and in learning and behavioral psychology. She has two children and a clicker-trained dog.
Dr. Kleinknecht joined ISG as a Junior Consultant in January 2020, supporting the team in research and in personnel search and selection.
