Ildikó graduated at Szent István University, and then she spent more than 6,5 years at an International Healthcare Instiute as an Office Manager.

She joined to ISG Personalmanagement team as an Office Manager as well with responsibility for the Back Office function in the Hungarian office.

Main tasks:

  • Managing and coordinating the office operation (administration, financial tasks, procurment, etc.)
  • Preparing offers, contracts and tender documentations
  • Coordinating the work of the reception
  • Managing the Databases and Files and providing statements
  • Supporting the work of Managing Director and Division Heads
