Lars is graduated from BI Norwegian Business School in Oslo and the University of Colorado in the USA (business management).

Lars has work experience from various companies in sales management, HR and some financial management.

For the past 20 years, Lars have mostly worked in the staffing and recruitment industry.

Lars is a member and active in an international lodge called Odd Fellow.

Otherwise, I like to ski (alpine and once in a while use the cross-country skis.

I am a supporter of the local football team and are using some of my free time to support them on the home matches.
