Mr. Marco Baier is a passionate networker and your ISG contact and personnel consultant primarily in the south of Germany in and around Freiburg/Baden-Württemberg but also throughout Germany. After studying personnel management, Mr. Baier pursued his professional career in personnel consulting. Mr. Baier also successfully completed training as a TÜV-certified business coach. Mr. Baier’s range of experience and expertise includes the specialist areas of human resources, IT, technology and sales. As a personnel consultant, Mr. Baier mainly supports medium-sized companies, especially in the areas of personnel recruitment / recruiting as well as holistic personnel management.
