He completed his bachelor’s degree in economics at Anadolu University and his master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Change at Beykent university.

He has more than 30 years of professional experience in national and international organizations in the fields of management, leadership and Human Resources, mainly in the defense, furniture, textile and education sectors.

He was involved in organizational settlement – accreditation, operational planning & execution, and training & development activities within NATO. He was active as both an interpreter and an instructor in a defense cooperation project between Germany and Turkey. As Human Resources and Corporate Development Manager at ÇILEK company, he took active roles in performance management, internal communication, corporate academy, creation of corporate mentoring / coaching program. As Human Resources Manager within KÜÇÜKÇALIK textile company, which is one of ISO 500 companies, he took on duties and responsibilities especially within the scope of development of institutionalization processes.
