Home in two worlds, due to his experience and training as bank agent and theater scientist, Nils Engelhard combines professional business know-how with people oriented sociological and cultural knowledge.
Besides his 13 years experience as trainer and coach his knowledge is based on diverse experience as sales rep and sales manager, geriatric worker, dockworker, actor and editor of culture magazines, as well as several extensive training as trainer and coach.
His people development is built on an orientation for his participants, the convincement and the knowledge about human resource and the methodological and didactic know how to raise those resources.

The focus of his developmental work is sales and distribution therefore employees in the sales area. Here he positions himself as sales coach, which adds structure to the sales and distribution organization, diligence to the daily routine, methodical thinking into acting and success to sales.
