Biography
Alisher, originally from Kazakhstan, has lived in Belarus, Russia, Iran, and Spain, which has given him a broad international perspective and cultural adaptability. He started his career in recruitment in 2017 at ISG, where he quickly developed a strong focus on IT recruitment. Since then, he has been managing cross-border recruitment projects across Europe, particularly in Spain, Germany, and Austria, with clients in the IT, automotive, fintech, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors.
Thanks to his deep understanding of the European tech and talent landscape, Alisher is able to successfully guide both clients and candidates through the recruitment process. He is especially passionate about helping companies find the right professionals while supporting candidates in navigating career moves across countries, including cultural transitions and relocation processes.
