Büşra Çalışkan is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition, executive search, and candidate experience design.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (English) from Özyeğin University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (English) from Istanbul Bilgi University, providing her with a solid academic foundation for her career in human capital.
Throughout her career, she has worked with international organizations across various sectors, including customer experience services, digital marketing, industrial manufacturing, and finance. She has led mid-to-senior level recruitment projects in Turkey, EMEA, and Eastern Europe — gaining deep insights into multicultural environments, leadership dynamics, and organizational fit.
