Biography

Charles Chareunsy began his career in talent acquisition cutting his teeth with staffing firms like Select Personnel Services and CRI, Inc working in various industries including banking, consumer product goods, financial services, hospitality/gaming, manufacturing, retail and technology . He progressed to working with larger staffing firms like KFORCE, Inc., where he transitioned into leadership roles where he drove aggressive growth and profitability. His efforts led to a prestigious “Market of the Year” award for being the #1 office in earnings, growth and revenue.

His accolades and awards led him to Lucas Group (later acquired by Korn Ferry), where he got his start in executive search. He worked his way from an Executive Search Consultant to Managing Partner, accumulating numerous President’s Club honors as well as President’s Award for the top office in growth and profitability.

As a seasoned executive search consultant, his talents led him to work in-house for Capital One (a Fortune 200 financial services firm known for their commitment to excellence and innovation in the banking sector. Through this venture, he was able to expand his network and outreach on a global scale working in Canada, The Philippines and the UK.

Chareunsy later transitioned into technology consulting, where he joined Cognizant (a Fortune 200 IT Consulting firm) and eventually became Head of Talent Acquisition, where he led high-performing teams in various global markets including: US, Canada, UK, India, Romania and Argentina.

He most recently has been working with other niched Consultancies to support global clients in:
