Biography
Johanna Beste has been working as a recruiter at ISG since early 2024. After completing a commercial apprenticeship at one of the largest German health insurance companies, where she worked in sales and personal customer consulting, she decided to transition into the HR industry. Originally from the Sauerland region, she moved to Munich to advance her professional development. In her new role, she is now able to further expand her passion for direct contact and communication with candidates and employers.
Her focus is on recruitment, selection, and direct search, especially in the areas of commercial and sales positions. With her understanding of the industry’s demands and needs, she is able to find suitable talent and build long-term partnerships between companies and candidates. She has also successfully delved into recruitment for technical professions, expanding her expertise in this area as well.
Known for her friendly and open demeanor, she is able to communicate with both candidates and companies on equal terms. Her goal is to create trustworthy, long-term relationships, ensuring not only the right professionals are found but also that the company culture and individual needs of the candidates are taken into account.
