Laura Minerva López studied psychologist and graduated from the University of
Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico, where she successfully specialized in Labor
Psychology, focusing on the area of human resources. With 12 years of experience in
this field, she had the opportunity to collaborate with several renowned companies,
particularly in the financial sector.
Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive and solid perspective on
human resources, establishing herself as a strategic partner for organizations. Her
expertise spans key areas such as talent acquisition, recruitment and selection,
headhunting, organizational development, and training.
