Brief Profile
Norbert Stimpfig is an internationally experienced manager with leadership skills. He has worked for many years in the medical technology industry, managing strategic projects and sales structures in Latin America and Europe.
His professional career includes senior positions at renowned companies such as Dräger Medical and Getinge, where he developed complex hospital projects, optimized sales strategies, trained staff, and established international partnerships.
In addition to his work in the medical technology industry, he previously managed his own language and culture institute for many years and produced a major film project in Ecuador. During a sabbatical in 2022/23, he implemented his own agricultural project in southern Ecuador.
