The company builds immersive, AI-driven narrative experiences where characters, storytelling, and cinematic content are core to the user experience. A significant part of the product includes adult-oriented (NSFW) AI-generated content, requiring full professional comfort with explicit material.
They are looking for an AI Cinematic Video Editor to join their R&D team and help create high-quality, narrative-driven video content using cutting-edge generative AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Create cinematic video content using AI video generation tools
- Develop short and long-form narrative sequences with strong visual storytelling
- Ensure character consistency and scene continuity across AI-generated outputs
- Iterate on prompts and AI models to refine visual and narrative quality
- Combine AI outputs with traditional editing for polished final videos
- Handle post-production (editing, compositing, color, motion graphics)
- Experiment with new AI workflows and improve production pipelines
- Own projects end-to-end from concept to final delivery
Required Profile
- +4 years of experience in video production, motion design, VFX, or digital art
- Strong portfolio with AI-generated video or cinematic storytelling work
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and workflows
- Strong prompt engineering and generative AI skills
- Experience ensuring visual continuity and character consistency
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
- High autonomy, fast iteration mindset, and strong ownership
- Fluent English
- Location: Remote (worldwide) with CET overlap required
- Contract: B2B (freelance first month, then long-term B2B)
- Seniority: Mid to Senior (+4 years experience)
