AI Engineer (Generative AI & Agentic Systems)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions.
• Build and implement AI agents and intelligent systems for business use cases.
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, integrating AI models with enterprise data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and frameworks.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate innovative ideas.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and tailor AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

Must-have:

• 4+ years of experience in Applied AI or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions in real-world environments.
• Strong knowledge of AI agents, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Experience with agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph or similar).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong communication skills and client-facing mindset.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini models, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI evaluation tools (e.g., RAGAs, LangSmith).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD (MLOps/AIOps).
• Experience in testing and validation of AI systems.
• Knowledge of A/B testing for AI models and applications.
