We are looking for an Agentic Product Owner who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to redefine how product teams ship features using AI-native ways of working. Traditional approaches can’t keep up with AI-driven development. As an APO, you’ll transform product ideas into AI-ready requirements, validate system behavior without writing code, and ensure your team delivers the right outcomes fast.
What You’ll Do
- Own a product sub-domain end-to-end: roadmap, priorities, and outcomes
- Create structured user stories and acceptance criteria suitable for AI workflows
- Use AI tools to generate AS IS/TO BE specs, validate assumptions, and refine outputs for developers
- Collaborate closely with engineers, UX, QA, and leadership
- Analyze competitors and digital experiences to inform roadmap decisions
- Track delivery outcomes and continuously improve processes and AI workflows
Who You Are
- Experienced in product ownership or system/business analysis (3+ years)
- Comfortable navigating code with AI assistance
- Strong analytical thinker and structured communicator
- Curious, fast learner, and excited by AI-enhanced workflows
- Pragmatic and able to balance speed, quality, and innovation
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital banking or transactional systems
- Exposure to event-driven systems, microservices, or product discovery frameworks
- Multilingual skills (German optional)
