Our client, an international construction consultancy, is looking to hire an Architect specialized in retail projects to join their team in Valencia. This role focuses on the development and delivery of international retail projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop commercial and retail architecture projects at an international scale, from concept adaptation to execution.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation, drawings, and project presentations (full sets).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (internal teams, consultants, and suppliers) to ensure consistency across all project phases.
- Maintain direct communication with international clients, translating design requirements into practical architectural solutions.
- Adapt projects to local regulations and technical requirements across different countries.
- Work with design and documentation tools such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Follow up on projects across key markets including the UK, the Netherlands, and Germany, with occasional travel.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture with solid experience in retail project execution.
- Proven background in international retail projects, ideally within fashion or commercial environments.
- Hands-on experience in technical development and project delivery.
- Experience working in international and multidisciplinary environments.
- Fluent English is required for daily communication with international clients.
- Availability to travel across Europe on a regular basis.
