We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Area Business Developer to support the growth of our franchise network and key account business across Bosnia and Serbia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new franchise partners within the assigned territory.
- Develop business opportunities in HoReCa, At Work, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct regular visits to franchise and key account customers.
- Present and introduce new products and SKUs.
- Ensure proper merchandising and execution of commercial agreements at customer locations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor franchise partner performance and ROI.
- Identify business trends and growth opportunities.
- Monitor payment status and logistics performance.
- Execute regular key account store visits and ensure implementation of agreed execution standards.
- Cooperate with marketing and sales colleagues on commercial activities and campaigns.
- Provide regular market and customer feedback to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Business-level Bosnian/Serbian language skills.
- Business-level English language skills.
- Degree in Economics or Business is an advantage.
