Our client seeks a Quality Control specialist for Assisted Channels to drive testing and ensure reliable coverage across business‑critical projects in the banking sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead QC strategy for Branch, Teller, Contact Center.
- Create and run Unit, Regression, and E2E tests.
- Test chat/chatbot solutions and coordinate with Genesys Cloud.
- Maintain JIRA, Confluence, and test management tools.
- Report results and improve QC practices.
Your Profile
- Min. 4 years in Quality Control / Testing.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong testing methodology and test tools knowledge.
- Familiarity with chat/chatbot integrations and Genesys Cloud.
- Good English; payments experience is a plus.
Working Hours and Conditions
- Full time: 40 h/week (38 h in August).
- Time zone: Spain; occasional on‑site required.
- Ability to attend office when needed.
