Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent growth
  • Cooperate with a highly qualified team with a proven sales record with world class technologies
  • Go-To-Market role: Create flourishing relationships with clients at C-Suite
  • Identify and validate new opportunities in the digital finances sector
  • Be a role model for and develop the emerging talent
  • Successfully negotiate, close and deliver what you are selling
  • Direct accountability for customer satisfaction, market share, profit and revenue
  • Prove your industry eminence – speak at events / conferences; write whitepapers

Ideal Profile:

  • Outstanding Banking Industry Expertise: At least 5 years of sales experience in a financial institution or collaborating with one
  • C-level experience in communication, consulting, business development, sales, account management, and delivery combined with a strategic point of view
  • Ability to create and lead world-class teams
  • Exceptional ability to combine clients’ needs with own understanding of technological solutions (Cognitive, AI, Automation, Blockchain, Cloud, SaaS etc.)
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience in innovative technology trends such as IoT, Blockchain, multi-cloud or digital transformation in the banking industry
  • Nice to have: Know-how in GCP
  • Nice to have: Multi cloud experience
  • Excellent level of German and English
