We’re looking for a Business Consultant who will take a central role in shaping master data and EHSQ (Environmental, Health, Safety & Quality) processes across global operations. Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize global master data processes aligned with business needs, particularly within chemical materials planning and manufacturing.
- Act as the go-to expert for EHSQ-related digital solutions and data-driven decision-making.
- Gather business requirements and support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA and other digital tools.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for AI and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement master data and EHSQ initiatives.
- Drive user adoption through training and support, focusing on data quality and transparency.
- Take ownership of project budgets and represent the team in expert networks and communities.
- Ability to navigate both business and technical conversations with ease.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business process consulting or digital transformation.
- Strong knowledge data analytics (PowerBI, Excel) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with or interest in EHSQ processes and budget ownership.
- Valued: familiarity with tools like STIVO and Medalia, and a DevOps/cloud-based development mindset.
