They are seeking a strategic and results-oriented professional to oversee the financial, administrative, and operational functions of the organization, with strong leadership skills. Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP) and financial management practices.
- Proven experience in administrative and financial leadership roles.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and financial operations.
- Lead financial planning processes and prepare periodic financial performance reports for senior management and key stakeholders (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, corporate guidelines, and relevant financial regulations.
- Drive operational improvements in administration, procurement, and vendor management.
- Manage all aspects of human resources administration: recruitment, training, benefits, and attendance tracking.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen organizational culture and employee performance.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between executive management and operational teams.
