Business Development Executive (w/m/x)

- Berlin - Hamburg - Köln - FFM - Stuttgart - München -

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the adecuate hand-over of deals to Client Solution Executives (CSEs) after applying qualification requirements to deals
  • Collaborate with other business units/partners as well as Third-Party Advisors or external consultants
  • Lead pursuit teams while shaping and developing deals
  • Monitor business cases, Non-Binding Initial Estimate (NBIE) proposals and presentations of customers
  • Drive win strategies and themes
  • Come up with succesful value propositions consistent with client’s business goals
  • Help the customers with convincing financial analysis demonstrating profitability goals over the lifetime of deals
  • Forge unique business value propositions on an executive level
  • Develop long-term partnerships with senior executives of clients

Ideal Profile:

  • At least seven years of experience with IT transition/ transformation towards Hybrid and Multi Cloud
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience with cross-team agile collaboration, treatment of clients as co-creators
  • Proven track record in generating or signing larger business deals
  • You have conducted complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments.
  • You can define visionary concepts in strategic environments
  • You have worked on product, market, business, or technology strategies and have a vision for overall strategies
  • Experience with being responsible for committing multiple resources and achieving customer satisfaction, cost, expense, revenue or other critical goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in German and English
