Business Development Manager CZ (m/f/x)

EAT HAPPY stands for fresh, handmade sushi and Asian snacks – ready to enjoy straight from the supermarket. Our products are already available in many European countries under the brands EAT HAPPY and YUZU, including Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Slovakia, and are now expanding further in the Czech Republic.

To support our continued growth in the Czech Republic, we are strengthening our commercial presence and are looking for a Business Development Manager to further expand our existing business, negotiate new partnerships, and drive sustainable growth in the market.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth in the Czech Republic by negotiating and onboarding new retail partners
• Manage and further develop existing supermarket partnerships, ensuring long-term growth and profitability
• Analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
• Serve as the main contact for the Czech market, collaborating closely with HQ in Austria and Cologne as well as the small and growing team in the Czech Republic
• Work closely with and report to the CEO (AT, SK & CZ) on strategy, sales, and commercial decisions

What you bring

• Experience in and Passion for Business Development and Sales in an FMCG/Gastronomy Start-up
• Strong network and established contacts in the Czech market
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A passion for food – you love quality products!
• Fluent in Czech (native level) and English (business proficient), german language skills are a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally
