Our client is a globally recognized leader in the food manufacturing industry, supplying high-quality products to some of the world's most well-known food service and retail brands.

As part of the expansion of its European Operations team, we are seeking a Capacity Planning Specialist EU to join a dynamic environment offering a high level of responsibility and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize volume planning activities across multiple European manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment between demand, production, and inventory requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end planning processes, including demand adjustments, product allocations, promotional volumes, and intercompany transfers.
  • Monitor inventory levels, demand trends, and operational performance, identifying risks and driving corrective actions when needed.
  • Prepare planning analyses, reports, and scenarios using tools such as Excel, SAP, and SAP IBP to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams across Europe to ensure efficient planning processes.
  • Support strategic planning projects and contribute to the implementation and development of SAP IBP, helping shape future planning processes and systems.

Your Profile

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience within manufacturing environments and complex supply chains
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build, maintain, and interpret data structures and planning models.
  • Experience with SAP is highly valued; knowledge of SAP IBP would be a significant advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning tools and systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions independently.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are considered a plus.
