Our client is a leading international food manufacturer, partnering with many of the world's best-known food service and retail brands.They are now looking for a Capacity Planning Specialist EU to join their European Operations team and play a key role in coordinating planning activities across multiple manufacturing sites.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate capacity and volume planning across multiple European manufacturing sites.
  • Balance demand, production capacity and inventory to ensure an efficient supply chain.
  • Manage demand adjustments, product allocations, promotional planning and intercompany transfers.
  • Analyse demand trends, inventory performance and planning deviations, proposing improvements and corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports, planning scenarios and business insights using Excel, SAP and SAP IBP.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of SAP IBP.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Experience in planning, supply chain, production planning or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAP; exposure to SAP IBP is an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluent English.
