Core Banking Requirements Engineer

Full-Time | Vienna

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implementing business analysis and requirements engineering methodologies for improving the internal banking processes
  • Scope definition and contributing to cost estimation and project planning by business requirements analysis
  • Creation of business cases and documentation of requirements (including target & object modelling, user stories etc.)
  • Supporting the processes of an IT project implementation and a testing project phase
  • Acceptance criteria definition and monitoring; scope creep analysis

Your profile:

  • Technical background and several years of relevant experience as a Requirements Engineer or a similar role
  • Experience of working in a financial field
  • Deep understanding of business processes in customer & financial areas of a banking sector
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as team spirit
  • Fluent English and German
  • Professional qualifications (e.g. IREB) and business analysis trainings accomplished are a benefit
