Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of building and developing the Austrian market as a standalone role (individual contributor, no team management)
- Identify, approach, and onboard new distributor and dealer partners, including assessing their potential, capabilities, and fit with the brand
- Drive the execution of the annual sales plan by creating and implementing local go-to-market and sales action strategies from scratch
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and pricing structures to define effective commercial strategies together with partners
- Develop and strengthen the dealer network, continuously improving sales performance and retail effectiveness
- Manage the full retail journey (lead generation, test drives, customer conversion, ordering, delivery, and sales processes)
- Act as the key point of contact for the region, working cross-functionally with international teams, including regular reporting to HQ and technical center in China
- Collaborate closely with distributors on sales planning and logistics, ensuring alignment with business targets
- Provide structured market feedback and insights to support long-term market entry and expansion strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Automotive industry.
- Proven track record in business development and key account management.
- Diverse national customer network experience.
- Positive leadership skills.
- Strong communication and motivation skills.
- High level of personal integrity.
- Familiar with the use of Word, Excel, PPT, and other common office software.
- Fluency in English and German required.
