An innovative international technology company is expanding its software engineering team and is looking for a Data Engineer to help build and scale automated testing solutions for complex software platforms. What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain scalable real-time streaming and batch ingestion pipelines.
- Design clean data models and SQL transformation layers for reporting, internal analytics, and machine learning foundations.
- Manage table formats, storage, and partitioning strategies to ensure optimal query performance and data freshness.
- Implement data quality, testing, and schema validation across end-to-end pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to make reliable data accessible across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–4+ years in data engineering with practical experience in streaming and batch architectures.
- Stream & Batch Processing: Experience with stream-processing engines (e.g., Apache Flink or Spark Streaming) and orchestrators like Apache Airflow.
- Data Modeling & SQL: Strong SQL skills for building robust data layers and dimensional models.
- Modern Table Formats & Cloud: Working knowledge of modern data storage (such as Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, or S3/Glue) and cloud data warehouses/query engines (Athena, Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake).
- Programming: Solid proficiency in Python for data pipelines and tooling.
- Communication: Clear communication skills in English (B2+).
