Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team as a Delivery Manager within the dynamic field of IT service delivery. This role focuses on leading and managing strategic IT projects, enhancing client relations, and collaborating with top-level executives to ensure alignment of IT solutions with overarching business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the chief liaison for significant client accounts, fostering and sustaining long-lasting, trust-filled client relationships.
- Conduct thorough account evaluations, devise strategic project plans and schedules, and manage stakeholder communications efficiently.
- Work closely with senior executives to ensure IT service delivery is in harmony with business goals, driving continuous improvement.
- Oversee data collection, discovery activities, and stakeholder interviews to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Develop and execute remediation and improvement strategies based on operational insights and performance data.
- Coordinate the delivery of comprehensive services in areas such as IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application maintenance.
- Measure and manage client satisfaction through comprehensive surveys and feedback systems.
- Create detailed executive reports that highlight account performance, present ongoing activities, and offer strategic advice.
- Maintain the financial wellbeing of the account, managing key financial indicators like Gross Margin and Net Present Value.
- Regularly update the Account Management team with insights on delivery performance and business development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a comparable field; a Master's degree is highly appreciated.
- +8 years of experience in account management, client services, or IT consulting, specifically with large, intricate projects or accounts.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with proven experience in engaging with executive-level audiences.
- Strong skills in negotiation, business analysis, and making decisions driven by data.
- Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and digital operations.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
