Our client is a multinational organization driving digital transformation in the industrial sector. They build innovative solutions to improve customer experiences, enhance operations, and scale data capabilities globally.

We are looking for a skilled STIBO STEP Developer to join their data management team. You will help design and develop scalable solutions, ensuring data systems meet both business needs and technical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure features in the STIBO STEP platform (workflows, business rules, data models, UI).
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code; participate in code reviews to ensure quality.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Monitor system performance and apply security best practices.
  • Identify and integrate internal and external data sources.
  • Support knowledge sharing and promote innovation within development teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in STIBO STEP development and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of MDM and PIM concepts.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for business rule development.
  • Familiarity with data modeling in product or customer domains.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • STIBO certification is a plus.
