We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager for their new office in Vienna.

Digital Marketing Manager - Russian Speaker (m/f/x) - Based in Vienna -

Responsibilities:


  • Translate business goals into digital marketing objectives, execute communication plan and support local operative marketing plan targeting Russia(SEA, Paid Social, Affiliate, …)
  • Implement global and regional projects / campaigns with local adaptation and development
  • Design and execute, monitor local specific digital initiatives, according to local marketing requirement and business objectives
  • Use analytic tools to track monitor performance
  • Continually optimize digital assets, explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively and efficiently deliver communication and business objectives, including social media, blogs, user generated content outlets and other relevant digital channels
  • Tracking, analysis and reporting of the results according to the company guidelines as well as suggesting appropriate measures
  • Share digital best practices at local, regional
  • Close cooperation with the Conversion Rate Optimization and Marketing Automation teams

Requirements:


  • Business Administration / Business School degree in a business, e-commerce or marketing discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing including design and execution strategy mixing website, social media and traffic acquisition management, media buying, email marketing, and mobile marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics across a range of channels including social media, search marketing, e-commerce, lead generation, web analytics and others to support and develop the sales
  • Campaign management experience (Sistrix, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc);.
  • Strong proficiency of web analytics to analyse campaigns and websites and passion for effective copywriting and high-quality standards
  • Independent, precise and strongly data driven. Web analytics principles, tools (e.g. – Google Analytics, AT&T, and Omniture) and reporting
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, project management, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively and independently
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills with an ability to proactively develop innovative solutions
  • Native Russian and good English skills
  • Nice-to-have: Technical SEO and Experience in promoting SaaS products
