The Opportunity:

We're seeking a strategic technology professional to lead our enterprise systems landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. As our ERP, CRM & EDI In-House Consultant, you'll architect our digital business infrastructure across international markets and support our subsidiaries, with a key focus on managing and orchestrating EDI connectivity across our complex partner ecosystem — from customers and logistics providers to EDI connector partners. You'll drive strategic impact, own end-to-end implementations, shape international processes, and become the central orchestrator of all EDI connections in an innovation-driven culture with flat hierarchies and rapid decision-making.

Our Responsibilities:

EDI Connection Management & Coordination (Core Focus)
  • Lead the complete lifecycle of EDI connections - collaborating closely with customers, logistics partners, and EDI providers - from initial requirements gathering through to successful go-live, while ensuring flawless integration with ERP workflows.
  • Serve as the central contact between internal teams and external partners, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Conduct EDI testing (ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC), monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation for operational efficiency.
ERP, CRM & PIM System Integration
  • Lead strategic development and integration of ERP and CRM systems tailored to business needs
  • Ensure EDI interfaces integrate seamlessly with ERP workflows for automated processes
  • Monitor, adapt, and coordinate the integration of electronic invoicing systems into the ERP system with existing and potential new integration partners
  • Support the selection and coordinate the integration of a planned PIM system into the ERP environment to optimize product data quality and distribution
Process Excellence & Stakeholder Enablement
  • Redesign workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, establish data governance best practices, and bridge internal/external systems
  • Deliver training programs, provide technical support, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with external consultants and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives

Your Profile:

Technical Foundation
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Navision, or Business Central (configuration, implementation, management)
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with EDI standards (EDIFACT, XML) and EDI connector platforms, alongside a proven track record in successfully managing EDI implementations
  • Experience with CRM and PIM systems; understanding of supply chain and logistics workflows; accounting knowledge valued
Professional & Interpersonal Excellence
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving, particularly in complex integration troubleshooting
  • Self-directed with ability to manage multiple EDI projects simultaneously; strong project coordination skills
  • Outstanding communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; proven coordination with external partners
  • Collaborative team player thriving in international environments; customer-service mindset with focus on partner satisfaction
