Our client, the world's leading global manufacturer of automotive parts is looking for an "Electrical Maintenance Team Leader" to be assigned their factory located in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering,
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing plant,
- Proficient in English (written and spoken),
- Holder of Energy Manager Certificate and High Voltage Operation Responsibility License,
- Ability to read electrical schematics and perform fault analysis,
- Knowledge of electrical hardware, motors, and drives,
- Familiar with high and low voltage distribution systems,
- Experience with PLC systems (preferably Siemens S7 or TIA Portal),
- Understanding of CNC control systems,
- Knowledge of safety categories and process safety applications,
- Experienced in using maintenance management systems,
- Preferably experienced with hydraulic presses, CNC machinery, heat treatment, painting lines, and robotic systems,
- Strong leadership and team management skills,
- Good communication and reporting abilities,
- Analytical thinker, solution-oriented, and open to continuous improvement.
Job Description
- Manage all electrical maintenance and repair activities in the production facility,
- Ensure prompt and effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime,
- Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities,
- Ensure continuous and safe operation of machines, motors, control panels, and energy systems,
- Track and manage spare parts inventory,
- Lead projects focused on energy efficiency and cost reduction,
- Organize team tasks and monitor performance,
- Provide technical support during commissioning of new systems and equipment,
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations,
- Prepare technical reports and conduct root cause analyses for continuous improvement.
