Our client, the world's leading global manufacturer of automotive parts is looking for an "Electrical Maintenance Team Leader" to be assigned their factory located in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering,
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing plant,
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken),
  • Holder of Energy Manager Certificate and High Voltage Operation Responsibility License,
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and perform fault analysis,
  • Knowledge of electrical hardware, motors, and drives,
  • Familiar with high and low voltage distribution systems,
  • Experience with PLC systems (preferably Siemens S7 or TIA Portal),
  • Understanding of CNC control systems,
  • Knowledge of safety categories and process safety applications,
  • Experienced in using maintenance management systems,
  • Preferably experienced with hydraulic presses, CNC machinery, heat treatment, painting lines, and robotic systems,
  • Strong leadership and team management skills,
  • Good communication and reporting abilities,
  • Analytical thinker, solution-oriented, and open to continuous improvement.
Job Description
  • Manage all electrical maintenance and repair activities in the production facility,
  • Ensure prompt and effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime,
  • Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities,
  • Ensure continuous and safe operation of machines, motors, control panels, and energy systems,
  • Track and manage spare parts inventory,
  • Lead projects focused on energy efficiency and cost reduction,
  • Organize team tasks and monitor performance,
  • Provide technical support during commissioning of new systems and equipment,
  • Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations,
  • Prepare technical reports and conduct root cause analyses for continuous improvement.
