Your responsibilities:
- Managing the calendar, diary and priorities of the Country Head
- Organising internal and external meetings, client appointments and events
- Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, hotels and registrations
- Handling expense management and administrative processes
- Communicating with clients, head office and international internal stakeholders
- Welcoming and taking care of guests and business partners
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on selected regular meetings
- Maintaining confidential files, records and sensitive information
- Supporting process improvements to make workflows more efficient
- Cooperating closely with facility management, communications and international teams
- Supporting marketing, advertising and homepage-related inputs where required
Your profile:
- Completed education, ideally at graduate level, or a relevant ongoing degree
- Ideally experience in a comparable assistant, executive assistant or office management role
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, at C1/C2 level
- French language skills are a strong advantage
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently
- High level of discretion, reliability and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proactive, adaptable and solution-oriented personality
- Calm, composed and confident appearance in an international business environment

Salary
The gross monthly salary for this position starts at EUR 1,300 for a 20-hour workweek. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment is possible.
