Our client is an international company operating in the rubber manufacturing industry and is currently looking for an experienced Extrusion Expert to support and optimize rubber extrusion processes across its production operations.
The role focuses on improving product quality, process efficiency, and technical performance within rubber extrusion manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in extrusion processes, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Analyze and optimize extrusion parameters, tooling, and materials to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
- Support production teams in troubleshooting technical issues related to extrusion lines.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production departments to implement process improvements.
- Participate in the development and industrialization of new products and materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in rubber extrusion processes.
- Strong knowledge of rubber compounds, extrusion equipment, and tooling.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and optimizing manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
