For one of our clients, an international manufacturing company, we are seeking an experienced Extrusion Manager to lead and optimize the extrusion department. The role focuses on stable production processes, high product quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery of extruded rubber profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the extrusion team, including workforce and shift planning
- Ensure production targets for quality, output, cost, and delivery
- Optimize extrusion processes (efficiency, scrap reduction, energy use)
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and HSE requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree or technical education in Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in production management, ideally in extrusion, rubber, plastics, or automotive
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Good command of English
