Your job duties:
- Ensure a talent pipeline by efficient People Development and Succession Planning Processes
- Prepare legally-compliant staff contracts
- Ensure a complete and most efficient personnel administration of all Hay positions
- Manage consistent personnel processes within the Schiedel Group
- Implement and centrally steer the requirements of BMI Group HR
- Ensure HR relevant communication within the company
Your profile:
- Excellent German and very good English skills
- Comprehensive knowledge in the HR sector and professional experience in various HR areas
- Knowledge in labour law and payroll accounting (for Germany and/or Austria)
- 5-10 years of professional experience, preferably (partly) in an international environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Independent working style, self-management and accurate and structured working methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Integrity and reliability
