Our client, Aviagen® are looking for a proactive and capable HR Generalist to support human resources operations across a dynamic, multicultural region; TMEA (Turkiye-Middle East-Africa).

Based in Ankara, the role holder will take on a HR Generalist role that touches every stage of the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to talent development, policy compliance, and regional support - for a team that’s growing really fast. This position is ideal for an adaptable, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is eager to grow into a broader HRBP role in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes : recruitment, onboarding, transfers, terminations, and offboarding
- Support implementation and local adaptation of global and regional HR policies
- Assist in talent management initatives, including performance managment, succesion planning and Learning & developement
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions
- Develop employee engagement initiatiatives
- Contribute to regional HR projects ( restructure, team design, job evaluations)
- Support joint ventures and smaller country offices with HR coordination where no or little local HR presence exists.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or related fields
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a multinational or regional environment
- Prior experience in fast-paced, high- growth organizations
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - open, clear, and collaborative
- Advanced skills in Excel (formulas, analysis), Powerpoint, and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data accuracy
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Able to travel internationally (up to 15%) and work on-site
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn and grow
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
