We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our clients Turkish operation from Ankara.

You will work closely with the local team and an internationally responsible Regional Manager based outside of Türkiye.
Your role will be to connect local people and business needs with international HR standards in a clear, practical and approachable way.
Your role
- Be a trusted HR contact for employees and managers across the Turkish operation.
- Bring structure, consistency and momentum to everyday HR activities.
- Support the local team with practical, timely and people-focused solutions.
- Connect Türkiye with international leadership and colleagues across different cultures.
- Help build a professional, respectful and collaborative working environment.
What you bring
- Practical HR experience covering recruitment support, onboarding, employee matters and everyday personnel processes.
- Confidence coordinating payroll, benefits, attendance information and related administration with internal and external partners.
- Strong organisation and follow-through, with the ability to keep employee information, documentation, reports and HR systems accurate.
- Clear and confident communication in Turkish and English, with the ability to work effectively with an international manager and colleagues from different cultures.
- A practical, business-minded and people-oriented approach, combined with discretion and a sound understanding of Turkish employment practices.
