Job Description :

• Fulfill office administration processes
• Support consultants by generating effective matching candidate data through data base search and other recruitment sites and headhunting
• Support consultants on telemarketing activities
• Fulfill the clerical works such as appointment organization
• Update the database actively and regularly
• Maintain accurate and well organized documentation
• Take role at the whole search and selection process

Requirements :

• Perseverant and diligent
• Organized and attentive
• Team work oriented
• Computer literate (MS Office, modern media, internet..)
• Ambitious and ready to perform
• Self motivated
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
